Will you help me set up my store?Yes. We offer a complete support and set up service. Once you have decided on the layout and design of your site we build it for you. All you have to worry about is writing your content and listing products. Do I need to get a SSL certificate?No. For security and privacy reasons, you're required to have a SSL certificate. How do I pay?Once you have accepted your personal quote and paid the set up fee, we start building your site. The monthly fee starts when we have finished building your site. Do I need a domain name to purchase my store?No. If you don't have your domain name yet or we are waiting for a domain to be transferred then we set up you site using a temporary domain so that we can get your site up and running ready to go live. How do I accept payment from my customers?You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as PayPal, PayPal Card Processing, Google Wallet and many more payment gateways. We offer integration to all leading payment gateways free as part of our standard set up. |
